Refiners are in need for more hydrocracking versatility in order to deal with more complicated, heavier, or simply cheaper feedstocks as well as deliver more high-quality fuels, lubes, and petrochemical feedstocks.
Zeopore has demonstrated that tuning the accessibility of the feedstock to the USY zeolite through mesoporosity is instrumental to control the catalytic cracking process, hereby fulfilling many of the refiner’s needs.
