Driving sustainable growth together: welcoming Judy El Jablaoui

We're happy to welcome Mrs. Judy El Jablaoui as the new Account Manager at Zeopore Technologies. Joining our team in Leuven, Judy helps strengthen client relations, support investor outreach, and deepen market knowledge and insight as we accelerate our business in sustainable catalysts and advanced recycling.

Born in Lebanon and raised in Kuwait, Judy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the American University of Beirut, where she attained a solid foundation in strategic decision-making, financial practices and organizational leadership.

She started her career in retail, gaining hands-on experience in customer relations and commercial operations. She then transitioned into financial auditing at PwC (Kuwait), before spending four years in business development within the solid waste management and precious metal trade sectors. Most recently, she completed her Master’s degree in Management at UCLouvain (Belgium).

“Growing up, I was always aware of how important it is to use resources wisely,” Judy says. “That's one of the reasons I'm drawn to projects that combine business with sustainability.”

Experience with sustainability and circularity

Throughout her career, Judy has gained experience in client relationship management, new business development and financial auditing. In her most recent role, she developed a large portfolio of private partners, led the marketing communications strategy and successfully managed public tendering processes. This hands-on experience equipped her with a proven framework for transforming circular economy concepts into viable, profitable business growth.

“What I enjoy most is working with people to deliver solutions that are both useful and realistic,” Judy explains. “It’s not about big words, but about making sure things actually work and create value.”

Excited to grow together and craft impact

At Zeopore, Judy is involved in managing customer and investor pipelines, organizing market intelligence, and helping to keep commercial activities on track. She will also support marketing and business planning as we scale up our technology.

“My main strength is listening carefully, asking the right questions, and following up with clear actions,” she says. “That’s how I want to build trust with colleagues, customers and partners.”

Zeopore is entering an exciting growth phase as we bring our high-performance zeolites and advanced catalysts to industrial scale, enabling more efficient refining, sustainable fuels, and advanced plastic waste recycling. Welcoming motivated talents like Judy strengthens our ability to deliver on this vision.
